AntiLog:   To Become something better requires more than learning. It requires time and Practice! That practice creates habits which then start naturally improving yourself. That's the mission of the AntiLog--a method to do it that's organized, easy, and most importantly fun! Choose whatever good traits you want to achieve, but use the AntiLog to practice and become them. Included are some that I suggest.

It's IN YOUR FACE! To overcome your issues: to remind, focus, and follow. Live the log! Be it! Wear it out! All you have to do is FOLLOW! Use its 13 daily steps, battle to win against your friend OOch in the YouBeLand game, up the AntiLog pyramid, use the Goal-graph, and other pages to remind, track progress, motivate, and achieve.

YES you can, and will succeed!

Instruction within is just basics. For in-depth guidance see a therapist, but this program will successfully help implement the guidance.

Most people experience some sort of Weight/Health, Emotional Wellness (stress, anxiety, anger, depression, addictions etc.), Marriage/Partner Relationship, Addiction/Substance Abuse, or Goals issue, and it's hard to improve these because they are built on habits--which are hard to change.

The AntiLog changes those Habits through continued focus and slow, consistent progress! Then...those habits achieve the goals! Or...for weight loss you could stick yourself with needles with side effects or pay a lot for a program and its food. Or some fad diet. Those all lose weight. But what then? You eventually have to go back to regular life -- and then you gain the weight back--not having changed your eating habits.

TIME, and PRACTICE, are the investment to grow habits.

AntiLog is a log to help you do the opposite (anti) of what you are doing that is causing issues in your life. Hence: AntiLog... Many people say they have tried to overcome their problems or reach their goals, but can't! YES you can! Maintaining a log keeps you focused on the steps to accomplish your goals--and makes it easy--and fun.

The program's philosophy is "Don't do much...but do it consistently!" Then you won't get burnt out, and you will continue to the fulfillment of your goals, and through slow, consistent changes, you naturally develop long term good habits, without really "trying." Weight Loss-Whole Health: Knowing how to lose weight is easy. It's doing it that's hard. That's the value of the log. It says HOW, but more importantly, provides a method.

The log value is the techniques and motivations on each daily log page. See the log page below. Correct weight is nature's good-health medicine so particular emphasis needs to be applied to it. But the real goal is what that leads to: whole health through correct weight, sleep, nutrition, hydration, strength, flexibility, and cardio. This isn't a diet, but an easy method to discover why and how you eat and monitor and fix them. This program is a short term journey, but achieves long term results. We all know that lost weight from quick diets returns, so why punish yourself doing that? Learn how to eat correctly and motivation methods that lead to good habits. Eat whatever you want and enjoy it, eating some sweets etc. You need to enjoy life! But budget calories for it. We learned our eating and health habits over many decades, and changing decades-long habits is hard. There are many techniques to be happier, including: following personalized advice from professionals, getting help from books and articles, family and friends, group therapy, correct medicine etc. You can't just wait for happiness to come, or for all your burdens causing your issues to be resolved. If his paintings had never found success would they look any different? No. They would still be just as beautiful.

Another method to deal with these issues is the Burden Ball (BurdenBall.com). It is the simplest method to keep focus on achieving what you need, but not as immersive as using a log. When trying to accomplish something one of the hardest things to do is REMEMBER.

During a consuming emotional event, it is often hard, in the moment, to remember advice and therapies from professionals.
When a donut is before you, it's hard to remember the Prize of a healthier body.
When disagreeing with a partner, it's hard to remember what you agree on.
When becoming fatigued by working to achieve a goal, it's hard to remember the benefits that come from the achievement.
When trying to overcome intense desires from addiction or substance abuse, it's hard to remember the beauty of your eventual changed self and changed life.

Life is hard. Focus and persistence are key. Haven't you always wanted a magic ball to rub to make your dreams come true? The Burden Ball isn't magic, but how WE mentally perceive it, using it as a physical catalyst, CAN make it magical. Magic balls don't have determination--you do! The Burden Ball is a tool. When looking at it, it's a physical catalyst-reminder, to see: your Burdens (your challenges/road blocks), to work on overcoming them, and to focus on THE PRIZE (achieving your goals) they lead to! "Keep your eye on the Prize!"

Squeeze the ball during difficulties and picture yourself releasing your burdens into the ball. Continue holding it to remember the success your goals lead to. Feel these within the ball, and absorb strength from them, and from the ball, to carry on. It's not real, but envisioning it helps us remember to change our perspective. That is when it can really help. That's part of what I call Positive Self Convincing (PSC). Sound silly/stupid?

HOW IT WORKS: When negative things happen to, and consume us, it's natural for our minds to focus on them. They consume our energy and thoughts like a strong negative magnetic charge…and it's hard to release our focus on the negative. That's when a physical catalyst can help. Envision yourself releasing the negativity/difficulty into the ball, but then while continuing to hold it, you are better able to refocus your mind and remember that magnets also have positive charges (the reasons and ability you have to overcome). Then you can focus on these which are the opposite. Remember, FOCUS, RELEASE, ABSORB.

Remember with the Burden Ball's 5 Roots of Success it contains: THE HARD, THE DARK, THE LIGHT, THE SMOOTH, and THE SHINY (explained in the booklets). Buddha said to be friends with our burdens. Hence the name Burden Ball. Knowing our burdens is the beginning of overcoming them. Then it becomes a Motivation Ball, or Focus, Wellness, Health, Positivity, Reminder, Happiness, Relationship, or Recovery Ball etc. depending on what you need. Consider it a gimmick--but a good gimmick. Reality is, the ball is psychological, and psychology is not a gimmick. Like saying you can do something enough times until you believe it. With belief comes energy to carry on, and then to achieve! (PSC).

If shy, hold the ball while talking to someone. Squeeze it and release shyness into it, refocus, & absorb confidence. If angry, hold it when tension is rising. Release anger & absorb love. For goals or laziness, release laziness & absorb work ethic & energy. For insomnia, release worry & envision & absorb the peace of a deserted island beach. Release temptation and absorb tenacity etc. Feel it reminding you of family's love and therapists' advice. Hold it for self-control, strength, tenacity, concentration, or to remember intentions or advice. If you have no one else, at least you have the Burden Ball. Release your burdens into it, causing frustration, addiction, anxiety, depression, etc. It has special power to support, strengthen, and love you! Ahh! You now have some help. Let the ball take on the burden! For the moment it will cry with you if needed, or pump you with hope or motivation. If lonely, hold it for love. It's saying, "It's okay." It's something physical you can hold that reminds, "Goodness!" & "Yes, you can!" Tell yourself it's true. That's the only way it is (PSC).
